Precision Decorating was a life saver for us. After multiple (very expensive) quotes about a small amount of work we needed to have done, we were discouraged, but then my husband called Precision Decorating. They assessed the job and gave us a very reasonable quote, which they honored even though they realized when they started the flooring repair work that the materials we had were not quite right. Fortunately they had some extra materials that were the correct color and size, and they were able to use them. They still charged us exactly what they’d quoted, and the floor repair guy (Jason) did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
Work was done nicely, by polite and competent people, and ON TIME.
We used Precision Decorating for new flooring downstairs. The entire process went well, and it was great working with them. They were always on time and even finished our job early. Our designer Elisabeth was extremely helpful. She had great suggestions for our colors and made sure our project was done well. The installers did a great job of communicating with us. I would use them again for another project.
They did a very good job. We were real pleased and would recommend them. We’re going to have them come back to do some more bathroom work. After they finished the work, we had a problem with one area, and we called them and told them about it. They are coming back to look at and see what they can do to fix the problem. Overall they have been very cooperative about fixing the problem.
